Job Title/Position: Host (seasonal, part-time/full-time)
 
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
The host position is a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members and their guests receive a personalized and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is dedicated, personable, and professional.

Job Duties:
  • Greets members and their guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 
  • Assists with the check-in process ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Offers detailed information about club amenities, services, and activities tailored to member preferences.
  • Anticipates and responds to members' requests and inquires with promptness and professionalism.
  • Maintains strong relationships with members to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality experience for members.
  • Handles member feedback and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Ensures that all areas of the resort are clean, safe, and well maintained. 
  • Adheres to health and safety regulations and club policies.
  • Performs other duties and supports other departments as needed.

Licenses and Special Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Classification: seasonal, part-time/full-time, non-exempt


Education/Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer service helpful.
  • Experience at a high-end hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club preferred.
